What is Tellerphone?

With Tellerphone, you can reach your savings and loan balance accounts anytime day or night. In effect, Tellerphone puts a teller in your home, office, car or anywhere there is a touch-tone telephone.
With Tellerphone, you can:
  • Check your savings and loan balances
  • Make check withdrawals
  • Transfer funds
  • Make loan payments
  • Inquire about cleared checks
  • Check on deposits and withdrawals
  • And much, much more
Tellerphone is easy to use

To use the Tellerphone 24 hour teller, all you need is the following:
  • Your account number as listed on your statement.
  • Your personal identification number (PIN) is the last four digits of the primary owner's Social Security numben You may change your PIN at a local office.
  • A touch-tone telephone.
Note: When you call the Tellerphone, a friendly voice will guide you through your transaction. Changes to your account are made immediately, accurately and confidentially.
Using the Tellerphone
  • Call the Tellerphone number (888) 777-1011.
  • Enter your account number followed by the # key.
  • Enter your four-digit PIN followed by the # key.
  • Enter a transaction code followed by the # key (see code list below).
  • To end your session, simply hang up or enter 9.
Things to Remember
  • The 8 key will take you to the main menu.
  • The * key will take you back to the previous menu.
  • Pressing ** will repeat the current menu options.
  • Pressing *# will repeat the last message.
  • To end the call, press 99#.
  • Enter the exact amount for each transaction, including dollars and cents. For example, to enter $100.00 press 10000#.
Transaction Codes
  • Press 1 for account information
  • Press 2 for transfers.
  • Press 3 for payments.
  • Press 4 for account balances and tax information.
  • Press 5 for check withdrawals.
  • Press 6 fro all other transactions.
  • Press 8 to return to the main menu.
  • Press 9 to exit the system at any time.
  • The * key will take you back to the previous menu.
  • Pressing ** will repeat the current menu options.
